Dimiter Toshkov
My main research interest is in the field of implementation of European Union law and polices. My PhD thesis deals with compliance with the EU legislation in the new member states from Central and Eastern Europe. You can find some papers and data here.
I am also interested in studying institutional and organizational persistence and change. I have done empirical research on the development of EU co-ordination systems, and on the reforms of the core executives in Europe.
